At Squares & Circles, we’re more than just a pizza place

Based in Witham, Essex, Squares & Circles Pizza is a local favourite for high-quality takeaway pizza, built on a simple idea - use great ingredients, do things properly, and deliver consistently great flavour. What started as a small weekend setup in a pub garden has grown into a popular Witham pizza takeaway alongside our busy mobile pizza van serving events across Essex.

We specialise in two distinct styles of pizza in Witham: classic Neapolitan for a light, crisp base, and Detroit-style deep-dish for something richer and more indulgent. Every pizza is made using properly fermented dough with premium flour, topped with carefully sourced ingredients to ensure quality in every bite. About Us

Squares & Circles Pizza started as a passion project between two friends in Essex and has quickly grown into a popular local favourite, combining a mobile pizza van with a takeaway to serve customers year-round. Built on a love of great pizza and a determination to do things properly, the business has carved out its own niche with a unique offering of Neapolitan-style “circles” and Detroit-style “squares.”

At the heart of everything is a focus on quality ingredients and simple principles - using premium Caputo flour for a consistent, flavour-packed dough, carefully sourced toppings, and a commitment to freshness and balance in every bite. By adapting quickly, investing in the right equipment, and building a loyal customer base through events and their Witham takeaway, Squares & Circles has become known for doing the basics exceptionally well - because great pizza doesn’t need shortcuts, just the right ingredients and the care to get it right.
